Terms of Service

These terms explain how you and your organization may use ArchWalk and ArchWalk 360.

Last updated: October 30, 2026

1. About ArchWalk and these terms

ArchWalk 360 is offered by Muhammad Usama, an independent business operator based in Pakistan, trading under the name ArchWalk (referred to as “ArchWalk”, “we”, “our” or “us”). ArchWalk is a trading name, not a statement that a separate company has been incorporated. Our website is archwalk.app. These terms govern access to the website, accounts, hosted services, and embedding or sharing interactive 360 experiences. By registering for or using a service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent.

ArchWalk for Architects is described on the website as a future product; these terms do not promise its release or availability. A separate written commercial agreement, if signed, may supplement or vary these terms for the agreed customer and services.

2. Services and subscriptions

ArchWalk 360 lets authorized users upload compatible panoramas, create interactive tours, add navigation and floor-plan information, publish experiences, and share or embed them according to the features of their plan. Available features and usage limits are described on our pricing page and may differ by plan.

Subscription prices, billing intervals, renewal dates, applicable taxes, and any trial or discounts are presented before purchase. Paid subscriptions generally renew at the agreed interval until canceled, subject to the terms shown during checkout or in a separately agreed written order. Custom or Enterprise plans may include individually negotiated fees, periods, and allowances recorded in the applicable agreement.

For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles the payment transaction and applicable buyer billing documentation. Paddle's buyer terms and refund rights also apply. ArchWalk provides and supports the underlying software.

3. Accounts and authorized users

You must supply accurate account and organization information, be legally able to enter into these terms, and keep account access secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for inviting or removing authorized team members. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content and intellectual property

You or your licensors retain ownership of panoramas, floor plans, project information, text, comments and other content submitted to the service (“Customer Content”). You grant ArchWalk a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transform, display and transmit Customer Content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service, including experiences you choose to publish or embed.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share Customer Content, including any required consents from property owners or people depicted. You control which experiences you publish, share or embed; links you make public may be accessible to anyone with that link.

ArchWalk retains rights to its software, designs, documentation, trademarks and other materials, excluding Customer Content. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the service under these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or unauthorized surveillance activities; upload content without the rights to do so; attempt to bypass account controls, usage limits, or security measures; or interfere with the service or other users. We may restrict access to content or accounts when reasonably necessary to address security, legal or policy issues.

6. Public experiences, integrations and AI features

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of published tours and the website or application in which you embed them. A published or shared Viewer may be accessible to people with its link, depending on your settings and hosting arrangement. Do not publish personal or confidential material without appropriate authority.

In managed-media mode, ArchWalk hosts eligible uploaded media; in external-media mode, the customer supplies media URLs from a customer-controlled CDN and remains responsible for access rights, availability and appropriate content delivery. Embedded integrations remain subject to documented technical and usage requirements, including credential protection.

Some optional AI-assisted features may send user-supplied prompts, project context, comments, and an optional view snapshot to an external AI provider to produce suggestions. Outputs may contain mistakes and should be independently reviewed before reliance or publication. See our Privacy Policy for more about handling this information.

7. Availability, changes and termination

We work to provide a dependable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change for maintenance, safety or improvement. Where practical, we will communicate material changes affecting paid subscriptions.

You may request account closure and may cancel subscriptions through the available billing controls or Paddle customer portal where applicable. Cancellation normally prevents a further renewal rather than automatically reversing an existing charge. Access and retention of account data after cancellation depend on the applicable plan, legal requirements and the Privacy Policy; arrange export of needed content before ending a subscription.

8. Optional professional services

Professional 360 photography or onsite capture, when offered, is optional, quoted separately, and is not included in software subscription prices. Any scope, delivery schedule, acceptance criteria, and fees for additional work must be agreed in writing. Such services are not charged through Paddle unless Paddle has confirmed they are eligible to be processed.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular business outcome. Neither party excludes liability where doing so is prohibited by law. Liability and any limitations are subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights and any separately executed commercial agreement.

10. Questions and updates

We may revise these terms and will identify the updated date on this page. If a material change affects active customers, we will take reasonable steps to notify them where required. For questions, contact [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
