What counts
One Experience. One 360 tour.
1 Experience↓
One published 360 tour
40 identical Deluxe King rooms↓
Reuse 1 truthful Deluxe King Experience
An Experience is one 360 tour retained in your ArchWalk workspace.
One retained Experience counts once, whether it is standalone or connected to a platform. Connecting it does not count it twice, and reusing it across equivalent physical inventory does not add more Experiences.
Example: 40 physically identical Deluxe King rooms can reuse one truthful Deluxe King Experience.

Frequently asked questions
From your first space to your own platform. Here’s what you need to know.
What is an ArchWalk 360 Experience?
An Experience is one customer-facing space or property built from connected 360 views that people can explore for themselves.
Can I use my own 360 panoramas, or do I need professional Capture?
You can use your own compatible 360 panoramas or renders. If you need ArchWalk to handle professional Capture, we’ll quote it separately as a one-time service.
Can I use ArchWalk directly, or put it inside my website or app?
Both. Starter and Studio are for creating and sharing ArchWalk-hosted Experiences. Platform is for businesses that want ArchWalk inside their website, mobile app, customer portal or product.
What’s the difference between Studio and Platform?
Studio is for businesses managing and sharing their own Experiences. Platform adds embedded Creator and Viewer capabilities, Partner API access, external-resource mapping and integration support.
What counts toward my plan?
Your plan is based on active 360 Experiences: up to 5 on Starter, 25 on Studio and 100 on Platform. Enterprise limits are tailored to the deployment.
Do you charge per customer or per view?
No. ArchWalk’s current pricing is based on active Experiences rather than how many people open them.
Does ArchWalk 360 work on mobile?
Yes. Customer-facing Experiences work across web and mobile, so customers can explore the space from a desktop, tablet or phone.
Can I add more properties or spaces later?
Yes. Start with one space, then add more Experiences as you grow, up to your plan allowance or by moving to a larger plan.
